I am so happy to be losing some weight again. I met most of my workout goals this week with walk (should have been a run) on Tuesday, a 26 mile ride to work on Wed, a blazing hot run on Thursday, a 4 mile run on Saturday(possibly my longest run ever), and a short pilates workout last night. I need to start getting a Sunday recovery workout in, but things are looking good. Still need to work on portion control and self control, especially while I am home on my mommy days. Good luck to everyone over the 4th!! I am having dirty thoughts about pasta salad and brownies, but I heard today that watermelon is a surprisingly good summer food choice.
