I'm copying what Teresa did to get us going for keeping off the weight over the holidays! So, like before...
We will check in on Tuesdays (starting today) with our current weight, change from last week, goal weight, and a little update. Again, informal thing. Glad to have anyone 'join' anytime!
As Teresa said, join us if you want to lose that baby weight, get in shape for an event or TTC, wear your old clothes, or just stay healthier over the holidays. It helps us all to have a little company on the journey. Hopefully it will help me stop eating several peanut butter cups every day as I sit in my extremely boring cubicle.

Current weight: 146
Goal: Score a 275 on my fitness test (in the military) by mid- December, 130 lbs (-16 lbs) by Jan 31.
Update (actually history today): DH told me I weighted 170 pounds over the weekend (I weigh 146). So obviously I need to loose some of the extra fat I'm carrying around if he thinks I weigh 25 more pounds than I actually do. I joined a gym over the summer but barely used it. Now I'm trying to go to the various aerobics classes 3x a week. Made it yesterday... but too busy with meetings today and tomorrow. So hopefully I'll be able to go Thursday and Friday.
