I weighed in at 148... I worked out twice last week, none so far this week, despite bringing my workout attire to work with me. Short term goal - work out twice over the 4 day weekend!
Good luck getting your workouts in over the long weekend. I forgot to weigh myself, but I did get in a few good workouts this week. I managed to run on Sunday, spin on Monday, and do a flowing yoga class yesterday. We are planning to ski a few days this weekend, and I hope that makes up for stuffing. Happy Thanksgiving!
