shoes for skinny feet?!

My former 28 and 5 day weeker is now almost 18 months (about 15 1/2 corrected). She is a skinnly little thing barely weighing 20 lbs but growing on her own curve and long! Anyway, I noticed most shoes seems to be too wide for her. Any recommendations or thoughts for shoes? She is a size 5 to 5 1/2. So far I've only used the pedi ped brand. And they seem to work. She is walking and goes to day care so she wears shoes everyday.

Any experiences or thoughts would be appreciated! Thanks.

Both of my kids have such narrow feet. Anna has orthotics now so it is less of a problem but before them the best shoe I found to fit her feet were Tsukihoshi. I hope I spelled that right. They are made in Japan. They were narrow enough and held up well. They were a bit pricey I thought but with Anna's gait issues I have never been able to put her in cheap shoes. Good luck- it seems shoe manufacturers think all kids have Flintstone feet!

All 3 of my girls wear the T-strap white leather Keds. We have them in every size from 3-12 & while I pass down some shoes these almost always get worn out & I get new ones because they wear them so much. My 3rd wore Robeez until she was about 18-20 months or so unless we were gonna be outside.
