Sizures with pregnancy during 1st and 2nd trimester

Hi ladies I am posting this because my cousin who is 4 months pregnant and is in her mid 30's has had 2 seizures during her pregnancy. She has never had epilepsy and blood pressure is fine. Neurologist said everything was fine too. Has anyone heard something like this? Could there be pregnancy epilepsy?
