ok,so I told myself once the one year mark has passed since we lost Benjmain I would be ready to try again.......I am terrified now!! I will be 40 in March yikes!!!! We have no other children. I don't know what it is I expect any of you to write,I guess I just know you will understand more than most. Sigh....

I understand completely! I really really really wanted to try again, but then I had all of these thoughts of what if's and scary feelings. Eventually, I kind of just gave into the fact that what else is there to loose (we also have no other children)? I mean, I have spoken to doctors, I am healthy and in shape... I need to take advantage of my body before it starts working against me. My husband did not feel more comfortable about it all until he spoke to doctors directly to make sure that I was not signing a death sentence by getting pregnant again. They gave us the go ahead and he just decided that they knew what they were talking about. I think you will know in your heart when it's right again. Today you might say no way and then you might wake up tomorrow and be ready to get busy.

I'm ttc now and will be 40 next year and I'm terrified too! ...terrified about all the possible bad outcomes. I'm holding out hope for joy instead, I guess that's all we can really do.

I love that Kerisue! I am holding out for joy too! I know so much can happen, but I have faith that there is joy in the future!
