Thanks for thinking of me Sam :)

I did see my consultant, he ran more LFTs and said he'd call me with the results, however I didnt get a phone call grr. I'm not being induced either which I can't decide if thats a good thing or not, sick of feeling like crap :(

I still have the pain on and off but when I mentioned it was told to take antacids *slaps forehead* and yes still very itchy, its actually getting worse, its waking me up at night :/.

I did manage to sneak a peak at the LFTs my haematologist did, the only things that flagged up was elevated ALP at 201, decreased creatinine at 48 and decreased uric acid at 0.19 but I can't seem to find any info on that either tbh.

So I saw my midwife again today, I asked to see my lab results. These are the only things she wrote in my notes and my memory is awful lol.

Platelets (PLT): 129 (but I have mild ITP preceding this pregnancy)
Haemoglobin (HB): 128
White Cell Count (WCC): 7.4

Albumin: 28 (Low)
Globulin: 41 (Low)
Alkaline Phosphatase (ALP): 213 (High)

Urea was also low but I'm not sure of that value.

Can anyone shed any light ??

They are gonna repeat the bloods in 2weeks (assuming I make it that far LOL)

I can't comment on your labs, but I have been wondering how you are doing. How are you? I hope all is well.

Well, I'm not sure if my body was gearing up for something or not.. Guess I'll never know but my baby girl was born on 21st Jan weighing 6lb 8oz :) my bp in hospital, before I had her was 140/93 but they never said anything about it.. It dropped to 116/65 after the birth :) - thanks to all of you again, you helped me through a very confusing time and I really appreciate that!!

Congrats! Glad to know you and baby girl are well! Keep an eye on your bp just in case. Post partum preE can be pretty dangerous. Best of luck and congrats again!

Congrats!! I am so happy to hear that you and your daughter are well. Sometimes you really don't want to know what your body is gearing up for. This sounds like one of those times ;)

Congratulations!!! Please do keep watching your signs and symptoms - post partum PE can hit up to 6 weeks post-partum. I hope PE stays far away though and you get to enjoy your new little one with no health interruptions! Thanks for letting us know your good news!
