24 hour was 270. Not quite pre-e yet. Systolic reached 180 twice though. If.I am laying down and quiet my BP is.perfect. if I sit up to eat, stretch a.little and can be anywhere.from ok to lousy. Headache is better. Two shots of steroids in. Tomorrow decision will be.made.to keep.me.or send me home on very strict bedrest......with 8 kids in the house. I think ob will.want me to.stay.

OB wants me to stay. He is calling in the.MFM for a consult and recommendation. O have no idea what to expect. In the realm of pre-e I am pretty mild. one MFM may look at my labs and happy baby and say go home. Another may take a look at the bigger picture and say stay. Who knows.
The.MFM's on my area vary from panickers to blow 'em offers. I would like to see the one I've seen in the past as he has publishe,d on pre-e but I don't know if he consults for this hospital.

My BP this morning sitting in bed talking was 149/92 (gets far far lower laying flat and unstimulated, highest systolic 180). 270 mg/dl protein, brisk reflexes, headache, vision disturbances. PE labs normal. (LFTs, uric acid etc....)
Lifestyle issues....8 kids at home, home is 1 hr from hospital and OB.

I'm glad you went in but I'm sorry to hear you still have a headache (on top of everything else). Good luck with the MFM today.

Well that's that. I'm here for the duration. 37 weeks is March 22 and that is as far as we'll go.
I like the MFM a lot. She talks to me and listens and knows how to laugh. My BP is still very labile. Fluctuated wildly from low to high. I walked 20 ft from my room to the ultrasound room and it was 169/84 when in bed last time it was 120/78. They did a complete scan and baby still looks good, blood flow is fine. Only concern was fluid was on the low.side of normal so they'll be keeping an eye on that.

Sorry to hear about all this, but I'm glad you're being monitored closely! That's crazy how your pressures are all over the place. Hope you can hang in there for at least a week longer, but you're almost 34 weeks and even that is a good place to be momma. Hang in there.

I am glad you are in good hands. I personally think it is very helpful and wonderful if you happen to like your doctors and feel you can trust him/her completely. At least one worry off your list! I hope that you'll be able to keep on trucking a while longer. Will be thinking of you and baby.

Just checking in on you. Glad to see they decided to keep you - bedrest with 2 little ones was hard enough - I would imagine darn near impossible with 8!!
