We're still hanging out. The nurses don't get why I am here. Both docs agree I need to be. I am still dealing with the feeling this is overkill at the same time knowing if things got bad fast I seriously might not make it to the hospital before seizing or other catastrophic occurence. The BP is still labile even with the bedrest. Last one was about 158/78. Earlier today we were.in the 130's and 70's. My heart is pounding and I can see my pulse in the palms of my hands. I feel worse than 158/78. I'm wondering about cuff size. My arm is almost exactly 13". The regular.cuff is iffy but the large cuff seems huge. My urine output is down but not to a critical level.so far for today I'm 1500cc in and 750 out. I'm not swelling but I am not a dweller. When I had severe PE in 2006 I wasn't a bit swollen. Had actually lost weight, as I am now.

Mama, don't let them send you home. Glad doctors have you there. I was sent home on and off 3 times and after I finally old them I refuse to leave until I have my baby. Hospital bedrest is the best for you and can get you many days normally. If you don't feel well or feel off whatever it is make sure you note to dr and nurses very important. I was delivered eventually because my headache would not go away dr almost came in and delivered that night but I was delivered in morning. I also had very brisk reflexes was swollen had some visual changes and a couple nights before I just wanted to like jump out of my skin I felt so weird and just awful. My blood pressures were alslightly high nothing off charts. Just pay attention to how you feel and note it to them and dr. Stay put mama. How many weeks are you again?

34 weeks today. Steroids on board. Baby looks good.
My reflexes are brisk but they aren't checking them very often. Only twice since I came in on Monday. Another annoyance is the pain under.my ribs. See, I had my gall bladder out 5 years ago and I've never been quite.right. I can't tell if the reinvest are.just my gimpy common bile duct acting up or PE issues. I should be having labs again soon though. Had PE labs Monday night last. Ob said they'll be doing them twice a week so maybe tomorrow. My ob comes every day, regardless of call but won't be in this weekend. :( I've only met one other doc in the practice, the one that admitted.me.Monday. I am not a fan of breaking in new docs.

Oh yeah? Well hmm def hang in there. You're In a great spot. I had Sadie at 34w6 days 4 lb 15 oz only 12 hours in NICU for observation and was in the room with me next morning. I was so surprised and happy and nervous. And she's a happy and keeps me on my feet 17.5 month old today-feels like yesterday I had her! Ah.

But hmm have you noted that pain under ribs to your doctor? You should mention that. And vision change or swelling going on?

When I see him in the.morning I'll mention it. I've been having worsening floaters for days and while Mu legs look.fine my hands are.starting to swell. I haven't liked.in the.mirror, don't know about my face. My ob would notice if my face was swelling though. He is one of the.guys that sees and treats the whole person. I am not just another pregnant uterus.

That's good glad he treats you well! Oh gosh! Really?! When you see the doctor tomorrow mention those floaters. That is very very important. Vision changes normally mean there could be swelling on the brain. You don't wanna mess with that. Tell your nurse as well so they can chart. And any headaches you are having. I am just wondering at what point would they deliver you before you got super sick? I was delivered at the right time I was starting to get there. I was quite swollen. Look at my pictures just before I was about to have her and my face. I looked horrible. But yeah the swelling is there indentation when you press on your hands? Does white stay for a while? Do you have facebook or email? I can email you a few pictures ? How are you feeling in general? Do they weigh you every few days or daily? They did that with me as well I started retaining fluids.
