What to Ask Maternal Fetal Specialist?

I'm going to make an appointment with a maternal fetal specialist to talk about my last pregnancy and what may have gone wrong and anything I can do for a new pregnancy. Are there any questions you can think of that I should ask while I am there?

I just made an appointment yesterday with a MFM. Here is a link that was recommended by another member, it is in the "Ask the Experienced" section: http://www.preeclampsia.org/forum/viewt ... 12&t=14035. I'm going to use those to help me form my own questions.

I just had a conversation with our MFM about our first pregnancy who I absolutely adore and who has been with us for almost four years. I recommend prefacing the conversation by letting the doctor "off the hook" so to speak. Letting them know that they don't have to make whatever happened or decisions that were made ok or justify them... just explain them.
