the 24hr urine got messed up because LnD left it off ice for over 6 hours!!!! My Dr was LIVID. he said he knew the results werent right. He was so mad. He wants to me to get a few more days in but said we are definately at the end......He needs to talk to the MFM to find out what they want to do , I go to the clinic in the morning.

Fetal survey showed 50-60 th and she was about 5lb 2oz

really not in good space. I was informed today that the NURSE took it upon herself to say that I didnt need to see the Dr so they never scheduled it even though my primary OB wanted me seen by the specialist. I have never ever ever ever in my life been so mistreated. I talked to the perinatologists jacksonville office. they said that my Dr has to send in another request which wont be able to be done until Monday when he goes back to the office. I was told to go back to LnD if my Headache doesnt go away or gets worse. I am so sick of this. The Peri's office said they were NOT made aware of my pain or my decline in function or the BP's all they have been getting is info on my Blood Sugars!!!!!!!! No wonder I feel neglected because NO ONE knows whats going on....except nurses who dont want to be bothered. I am ANGRY and tired.

That is just rediculous. I would make a complaint to the nurse manager. You may have to dig but I'm sure that she has one. My nurse did that and I complained to the dr and she has been nicer ever since and quit blowing me off like I was some crazy paranoid woman with no history of problems. I can't believe that they keep sending you home with those pressures anyway. I would have a lot to say when you are done being pregnant about their incompetence. There is no excuse. Hope it all gets sorted out but don't hesitate to go back to the hospital even though you don't want to. You are at a good age at this point so maybe they will just decide to deliver you and you will start to feel better.

The recommendation is repeating the PreE labs and doing an amnio next week for lung maturity. If the amnio is good they will deliver me.

Happy Mothers day.... heres an an update on whats happening with me. I spent all day in the hospital again yesterday I am just going to cut and paste what I shared with my prayer group:
ok, my pain is better, but this is what happened, I am in labor, I went from 1cm to 3 cm overnight. The contractions every 8 min caused pressure to build and caused a internal hemmorhoid to prolapse and get cut off. By the time I got to the hospital yesterday it was the size of a small plum. The pain was unbearable. They called in a surgeon, and he manipulated it back in, and then I was sent home and told to keep putting it back in, which we have tried to do but its difficult just woke up and my pain is less but the swelling is getting worse so I have to stay on my left side and try to keep this in somehow.....I also think I am having soem simple partial seizures in the midst of all of this because my body just starts shivering and shaking unconttrollably.....the dr was so rude, he walked in and said "how to do you expect to handle chilbirth if you cant handle a hemmorhoid!" They arent removing it... he sent me home and told me to keep a finger in my butt to keep it in until the swelling goes down.

Added: my BP was 150/105 and came down to 137/89 they didnt run any labs....

whoa whoa whoa... what do I even say first? LOL... If my husband had been around if a doctor said that to me, the guy would have a headache and probably be looking for a new line of work. How dare he say that. How many times has he given birth, let alone dealt with your other issues. Sorry... composure... Happy Mother's Day. That's what I needed to say first.

I really sympathize regarding the hemorrhoid. I had my first the weekend before last and was MISERABLE. It was the size of a grape and bleeding (sorry if too much information). Of course it happened on the weekend, so I didn't have my doctor readily available. I probably could have called a nurse on call, but was stubborn to tough it out. I think it raised my BP about 10 points, maybe from the pain. Anyway, my nurse called me in some Anusol HC suppositories. They have a steroid in them. After only 4 hours, it shrunk by 50%, and I had immediate pain relief. It was nearly gone after a couple days. I was amazed and VERY grateful. Maybe you could ask for something like that? I've heard that vaginal deliveries only complicate them. I'm having a planned C section. Are you too?

If they are thrombotic (blood clotting & purple) they can be a real problem and may need immediate surgery. I'm hoping the surgeon that examined you determined that wasn't the case.

What does your OB and Peri think of the shivering and shaking? Are they in the loop on this? Sounds like your OB would have wanted blood work. They could assume the BP is up from stress & pain you're having with the hemorrhoid, but I'd think a doctor would want to make sure.

They dont know about it yet, waiting to hear from my OB on a few issues and then go from there.... I cant get this thing to stay inside... I have anusol and also lidocaine 5% ointment still taking pain meds to control it, I was screaming in pain when it first happened and its decreased size but still prolapses and then I have to shove it back in which is super painful. Aeryns doing fine through it, I am leaking fluid vaginally I think my water my be leaking because i'm wet but havent had the gush yet. and the longer I sit still the wetter I get. I've never had a natural labor its always been induced.... I'm so over this pregnancy!
