I know the threat ofthe HELLP is over but its hard not to think of the what ifs :/ were you on bp meds? Again thank you so so much. I really do apprectiate it...

I'm just catching up on the message boards. How are you feeling now? It takes a while to get back to "normal." I had HELLP with a liver rupture in Oct. 2008. I felt much better 6 months later, but the 1 year mark was a huge milestone. Eating healthy food and trying to sleep is what helped me the most.
