Anyone in the Montreal area?

Hi,
I recently lost a baby at 21 weeks gestation due to severe preeclampsia and IUGR. I am looking for anyone in the area who has had PE and has lost a baby and would like to talk. I also wanted to know if anyone knew of a good MFM who has experience with PE that I could contact. I know you cannot post that on theboard but you could always send me a private message with the information if you know anyone. I want to be sure that the next time I try I will be better prepared. Thanks!

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. I too lost my daughter Emily at 34 weeks. Tomorrow is the one week anniversary of her death. I live in Cornwall, Ontario and I am looking for a specialist too probably in Ottawa.

I am so scared to try again but desperately want a child. Our nursery was all ready.

I'd love to chat sometime.

Hi,

I feel your pains and know what you have been through. I lost my 27 week old son on July 27th 2012. This was a very dark and painful experience. It happened so fast and have still not come to terms with it. I still sometimes ask myself if its a dream. No one can understand what it means to lose a baby unless you have been through it yourself. i am greatfull for the help and support of the Lasalle Family unit, the love, support, prayers and thoughts really turned my sorrow into joy as they gave me hope for a better tomorrow. I now have my angel Joshua looking out for me. I tell my self that God knows best and he does not give what one cannot handle, God is my strength. The pain does not go away. I would like to talk or chat sometime.

My thoughts and prayeres are with you and your loved ones. I am sincerely sorry for your loss. Take heart , take care and hold on.
