I know what you mean about kryptonite. I had purposely stopped baking treats for a while, because even if I don't eat many they seem to put weight on me immediately. However if I just have baked goods on a random basis at coffee shops, etc, it is fine. I guess it is probably that I eat more of them for a period of time when I make it at home.
I was in a water retention phase for a few days because my weight jumped up 2 pounds out of the blue but went back down today.
I think I am pretty much in the phase now to see if my weight is done going down or if I have a few pounds left in me to lose. If I have news to share, I will let you know, otherwise if I am quiet you know it is because I am fairly stagnant!
