We have a date

Last Thursday at my last check my nurse told me that I have been put on my MFMs operating schedule! :D He will do it rather than a doc I don't know. I was a bit surprised about that (in a good way), but I am very happy, as I trust him very much and am happy with my care I am receiving during this pregnancy! If all goes well (and so far it seems it will - another yay), we will meet our sweet baby on 11/12/12. It will be a repeat c-section at 36.6 weeks gestation due to my classical one I had last time around.

Let's hope that the next two months will go by without any major bumps or worries!

Yay!!! Wow, what exciting news for you!! That is also so great that your MFM is going to do the surgery!! I love my MFM and would much rather he do mine thatn my Ob!! Wishing you a very uneventful next two months!!!!! Woo hoo!! :)

10/17/2011 ~ Mychael Elaine was born sleeping. We miss and will always love you!
9/16/2012 ~ Michael Leon was born, God is so good! Severe pre-e again, induced at 34 weeks, c-section due to baby's heart decelerating with each contraction. 1 week in NICU. I'm done! :)

Yay! I wish you a very uneventful few weeks, and a very very peaceful birth for your newest edition. What a great doctor.

THAT IS SOOO AWESOME! I am really excited for you and MFM delivery is great. Time is going to fly and LO will be here. It's so much fun. Keep a cookin!!

Yay! And what a perfect birthday! So they aren't making you do an amnio for lung maturity? (I did one at 36+1 with Luke, but my water broke and I went into labor that evening, so they don't want to risk that happening again, this time we are delivering at 37 wks exactly, no amnio, but I talked my MFM into giving me steroids at 32-33 wks just in case.)

Our babies will be just a few days apart, my delivery date is 10/26 .

#1-Olivia Caetlyn-9-28-09-9-28-09, 23+2 wks, emergency classic c-section, class I HELLP, IUGR
#2- Lucas Oliver (rainbow baby)- April 2011, 36+2 wks, HELLP and pre-e free! (lovenox and LDA pregnancy)
#3-Matthew, late October 2012...mostly normal, 37 wks, (lovenox and LDA again)

I did not see my doctor at my last appointment, only the nurse (and she was not my regular one either), but I will ask my MFM about amnio, but my guess is that I won't need one, as they would not let me go past 37 weeks anyways. I will definitely ask about the steroid shots though. Will let you know what they say
