How to take 24 hour urine

I was so anxious picking up the lovely orange jug that I forgot to ask and no one explained how to do it correctly. Im supposed to start tomorrow ( sunday) so do I start with 1st morning urine or am I supposed to let the 1st one go and then start collecting with the 2nd one? I totally forgot.....thanks :)

My jug had instructions on it...flush the first morning pee, then save the next one and on, make sure you go again last at the same time as your first one.

ahhh thank you! Mine did have directions on it, but the tech at my MFM office wrote across it with a sharpie!!! UGH!!!!!

From what I remember that is how it goes, I had to do it a few times after the pregnancy. I liked to start them on a Sunday because how the heck can you do it at work LOL Good luck!!! Sending normal level vibes your way!
