I'll join you guys!
I'm wanting to lose 15-20lbs before TTC in April.
My current weight is 155 and I'm 5'4". This is actually what I weighed before I got pregant in 2010 with DD but I really would like to start the next pregnancy at a healthier weight. My goal is to get my BMI right at or less than 25. So, here goes!
My weight loss goals are to eat less than 1200 calories a day. I'm not great at exercising so I will try to add that in after I get the hang of eating properly. My biggest downfall are sweets. I have GOT to learn to stay away from those.
Thanks for the motivation guys! I definitely need people to help me feel accountable!
