Re: Milestones Continued
New milestone for me! Yesterday I was 25 weeks, which is the first time I had a high blood-pressure reading and was diagnosed with PE in my last pregnancy. By contrast, everything is fine at the moment (my BP this morning was 104/65).
We had a bit of a scare over Thanksgiving—there were 3 days when my BP was going up 5-10 points a day—but it came back down, and my MFM agreed that it could well have just been the stress of having my mother and mother-in-law visiting at the same time, combined with major internal panic once it had started to go up. They did an ultrasound and all sorts of blood tests, and everything looks fine, so I'm feeling pretty positive about it all.
Only another 5 days to the point where I delivered last time! Fingers crossed...
Hope everyone else is doing as well. *hugs*

Re: Milestones Continued
I have made it to 30 weeks and 2 days!! I am shocked to have come this far. So far things are good, my bump in the road is that I have gestational diabetes so I will see my MFM this week for that and hopefully wil be controlled with diet. My Bp has been good. My next ultrasound is December 3rd. I am still scared of course as I know how this disease can come out of nowhere but am grateful and hopeful as well. Just wanted to share and will continue with updates.Wondering how everyone else is doing?

Milestones Continued
Hi Girls. Well, I finally have my first actual milestone. Today, I am 27 weeks. My last pregnancy I had my son at 26 weeks 5 days. So here I am now 2 days past that. My Bp has been great so far. I will see my Ob next friday ,morning for glucose test ( never had one before) and MFM that same afternoon for another growth scan.( baby girl was 27th percentile at 15 weeks) I don't know what tomorrow will bring, but for now , for today I am allowing myself to be happy and free of worry if just for today. I never thought I'd get this far. I am hopeful.
