Good news

I had my 8 week exam yesterday with a vaginal ultrasound. The baby is the right size for 8 weeks and the heart is beating a good 167 bpm!! So excited and relieved that everything looks good so far!! Next exam in 2 weeks...

Mother to Nathanael James born still 12/31/2006 at 38 weeks. Class I HELLP sydrome, placental abruption, acute kidney failure.
Miscarriage 12/2011
Expecting again-due date August 16, 2013 (Folic Acid, LDA, Prenatal vitamins, BP meds, Vitamin D, Slow release Iron)
Elias Nathanael born healthy 07/28/2013 at 37 weeks 2 days, 5#11oz. No signs of HELLP or preeclampsia! Tear noticed in placenta after delivery.

So happy for you!!
I have my first scan tomorrow at 6w2d because i am having some spotting and bleeding.
Please keep us in your thoughts!

Laura Beck, mother to Our most cherished Love - Our son- 8/1/11- 8/4/11
severe swelling and increased blood pressure started between 20-22 weeks. (ignored by medical professionals)
was finally clinically diagnosed with severe pre-e at 27 weeks.
spent 2 weeks in hospital.
He was born at 29 weeks, at exactly 2lbs. classical incision c-section.
He lived for 3 days in the NICU , autopsy said "lung failure" was cause of death.

Benjamin Spider Reeves born 4-28-2010( 1lb 6oz 26 weeks to severe pre-e and Iugr) we lost you after 4 long months in the NICU. You fought so hard,and were so brave.Our first baby .We miss you everyday and love you forever xo

I had a scan at 6w3d and everything was fine then, would love another scan to check baby is ok. How did you get 1 ? I am 8 weeks tomorrow :-)
