I am 22 wks w/ #3 & had pre-e with my first 2 pregnancies. Thankfully, I ultimately had good outcomes with both my children as they are both healthy and thriving now. I know each pregnancy is different but #3 has been totally different from my others. I spent my first trimester with almost daily migraines no matter what I did. The migraines have improved (1x/wk compared to 5x/wk) but I still "don't feel right". My non-pregnant bp is usually around 115/70ish. Now it's more in the 130/85 range (sometimes higher, sometimes a little lower). I don't know about my protein because my dr doesn't usually tell me (I think to keep me from worring). But what's really different this time is my heartrate. Non-pregnant it usually hovered in the 75-85 range resting. Lately it's been in the 100's with periods of it racing up into the 150's for 30min to an hour. I've never had this before. I know elevated heart rate can be normal but this seemed more than elevated. I finally called my dr and it took them days to get back to me. He finally ordered some blood work to check cbc, thyroid, & magnesium levels. I did the test this morning & won't find out anything until next week & I may still be referred to a cardiologist. So that leaves several days to wonder
