Hi, I was looking for advice/ past experience on my issue..
I had a perfect pregnancy but after my water broke and I was in labor for a few hours my blood pressure went dangerously high (don't know numbers) and stayed that way for the next day or two after I had my little one.. I would love to try for number two but not sure it's safe.. any help would be great!

Preeclampsia at term has a low rate of reoccurence in subsequent pregnancies, roughly 15-20%: ... f=19&t=331

I also had crazy high pressures day of delivery during my first pregnancy, though they had been trending up over the past 24 hours. During my second pregnancy I did have pre-e again but "mild" this time instead of severe.

I hope this helps, good luck!
Hypothyroid mom to
Connor (severe pre-e at 38 weeks)
Claire ("mild" pre-e at 37 weeks)
Annabelle (chronic HTN & GD, superimposed pre-e @34 weeks, induction @37 weeks)
