Congratulations on 30 weeks
I assume you had your screening for gestational diabetes already and it came back negative? As far as I know gestational diabetes can make big babies. PE babies tend to be small (IUGR) rather than large, I believe (but I am not a doc). It could also be genetics and baby's measurements are never exact; there is always some room for error.
Did you doctor seem concerned?
