So since yesterday afternoon my BP has been over 100/65 a few readings over 110/70 (all under 120/80)... I no this is still in the "normal" range but considering it had been under 100/65 up until this point I'm getting really nervous (which I'm starting to wonder if that is making my BP go up). I have a doc appointment tomorrow. No swelling or anything yet... there is a conflict between me and the doc on due dates to according to them I'm 23 weeks 5 days and according to me, I'm 24 weeks 3 days... I don't know if I'm just getting stressed because I'm getting to the point where I had preeclampsia last time and that is what making my pressure go up... or is a slight rise after the second trimester dip okay? When not pregnant my normal b/p is 110/70. I have a doc appointment tomorrow, I'm thinking about calling off sick today and seeing if maybe they will take me out of work for the next three weeks to get me through this point in the pregnancy.

its normal to begin to get anxious i think ....i really dont know how i will handle it when i get to the point at which PE set in i try not to think about it .....being home from work may make matters worse as you may really start worrying ... try to find some distractions but trust your body and your instincts

I have spent the good part of the day crying, to the point where I gave myself a nose bleed this morning. I can not wait for my doc appointment tomorrow. I hate this feeling, I don't want to go through went I went through last time or worse. I don't want to put my new husband through that either, and of course I want me and the baby to be healthy.

It is so hard to remain calm, and sometimes just impossible. I remember days of panic. No fun at all. After the 2nd trimester dip, BP goes up a bit, so it might just be the normal range you will see from now on. I will be thinking of you and let us know how your appointment will go tomorrow.
Sending you hugs.

Pregnancy after loss is such a rollercoaster of emotions. I hope you find some peace at your appointment- I hope you'll also talk to your doctor about coming in early if you're having one of those days where you just need the reassurance. Your peace of mind is always worth it. I remember sitting and stewing and freaking out and then finally just calling and the whole office understood got me right in to hear the heartbeat. It meant so much to know I could do that whenever I needed.

I'm keeping crossables crossed this is just the run of the mill 2nd trimester bump up in pressures and keeping you close in my thoughts,

I would imagine you are starting to get anxious about the time period when you lost Veronica. Please try to stay calm. I had my bp go up a bit and it was about like yours. The date thing happened to me too. I actually was glad to go to work those weeks leading up to when I had pe last time. It kept my mind from wandering. Deep breaths. You are past half way, girl! My bp did the same thing with both my boys. It made me crazy nervous but all was well, they were 36 and 37 weekers and no official pre-e.

Appointment went well, no protein which of course was a huge concern. BP at the office was 130/89 and I was LOST 5 pounds. Luckily the appointment was with the nurse practitioner who is the person I saw most when I was pregnant with Veronica and she has PTSD right along with me when it comes to be being pregnant. I explained to her that I wasn't doing well emotionally, my b/p was up, I had been crying none stop and she said given my history she can justify taking me out of work. So no more work until the baby gets here. She told me to rest and make sure I was eating because losing 5 pounds in two weeks was a lot. She also sent me home with a tube of urine test strips so I can test if I get nervous or notice I'm going to the bathroom less.
Since I have been home my blood pressure is slightly higher then it was early on, but most of the readings are in the low 100s/60s. Tonight it was 98/67 which made me really happy.
Tomorrow by my dates, I will be 25 weeks 2 days which is the day I was admitted with Veronica. I have no swelling, and my bp is good, so I'm hoping and praying that tomorrow is uneventful. Since the doc and me have different due dates, I get to go through that day again on Sunday. I feel like my date is right though, because with there date I got a BFP at 4 dpo which makes no sense.
My next u/s is 9/11 and I'm hoping and praying that little guy is close to two pounds, at 22 weeks he was 1 pound 4 ounces, so if he is gaining 4oz a week we have a shot.
I so badly want to see week 28, then week 32, then week 36 and then get to meet our baby and take him home!
This is such a roller coaster, I'm so happy I didn't try to go through this with my ex. My new hubby is amazing, and giving me so much more support.
