I'm hanging in!!!! I have an ultrasound and an OBGYN appointment this week so I'm really really hoping they both go well. Lil guy was 1 pound 4 oz at last appointment 4 weeks ago, so I'm really hoping that he is in the two pounds range and still measuring a little big.

Hope you are doing well!
DS born Dec. 2008 at 38.5w gestation. Mild PE diagnosed 3 hours before he was born
DD born Dec. 2010 at 40w1d. BP was slightly elevated since 37w, and climbed while in labor (started on my own). Severe PE diagnosed hours after DD born.
DD born Sept. 2013 at 38w. Induced (and I had to fight for it!) due to high blood pressure. No protein, but had brisk reflexes and clonus after delivery. Doc gave me a mild preeclampsia diagnosis anyway and said I'm likely to be a chronic hypertensive later in life.

This week hubby is home with me, so that is making it much better. I really like to play online games so that is keeping me a little busy and I have been napping a lot. I'm going to ask my husband to bring up my supplies to make jewelry, I used to love making jewelry but haven't had time so that will keep me busy!

So glad the appointment went well and the NP was understanding. I'm crossing all crossables you make all your milestones! One day and one milestone at a time.

While off work I do recommend keeping yourself a clear schedule. I was on modified bedrest for 7 weeks with our 2nd, and I might have gone insane if not for keeping to a to do list of things to get done, and a time to do them by. It really helped to keep my brain moving forward and out of panic mode too.

Keep the updates coming!

Appointment went well, no protein which of course was a huge concern. BP at the office was 130/89 and I was LOST 5 pounds. Luckily the appointment was with the nurse practitioner who is the person I saw most when I was pregnant with Veronica and she has PTSD right along with me when it comes to be being pregnant. I explained to her that I wasn't doing well emotionally, my b/p was up, I had been crying none stop and she said given my history she can justify taking me out of work. So no more work until the baby gets here. She told me to rest and make sure I was eating because losing 5 pounds in two weeks was a lot. She also sent me home with a tube of urine test strips so I can test if I get nervous or notice I'm going to the bathroom less.
Since I have been home my blood pressure is slightly higher then it was early on, but most of the readings are in the low 100s/60s. Tonight it was 98/67 which made me really happy.
Tomorrow by my dates, I will be 25 weeks 2 days which is the day I was admitted with Veronica. I have no swelling, and my bp is good, so I'm hoping and praying that tomorrow is uneventful. Since the doc and me have different due dates, I get to go through that day again on Sunday. I feel like my date is right though, because with there date I got a BFP at 4 dpo which makes no sense.
My next u/s is 9/11 and I'm hoping and praying that little guy is close to two pounds, at 22 weeks he was 1 pound 4 ounces, so if he is gaining 4oz a week we have a shot.
I so badly want to see week 28, then week 32, then week 36 and then get to meet our baby and take him home!
This is such a roller coaster, I'm so happy I didn't try to go through this with my ex. My new hubby is amazing, and giving me so much more support.

My bp did the same thing with both my boys. It made me crazy nervous but all was well, they were 36 and 37 weekers and no official pre-e.

I would imagine you are starting to get anxious about the time period when you lost Veronica. Please try to stay calm. I had my bp go up a bit and it was about like yours. The date thing happened to me too. I actually was glad to go to work those weeks leading up to when I had pe last time. It kept my mind from wandering. Deep breaths. You are past half way, girl!
