Would a diet rich in hydrogen sulfide help lower the chances of getting or lowering the severity of Preeclampsia?

Difficult to say, there a lot of things that show promise theoretically that don't pan out. And since hydrogen sulfide can be toxic, personally I'd be too nervous to add more to my diet.

We are very hesitant to promote specific dietary changes, since some things once thought to be helpful or at least harmless had unintended consequences. (like extra vitamin C & E).

As always, please discuss any vitamins or dietary supplements with your health care provider first.
