Difficult to say, there a lot of things that show promise theoretically that don't pan out. And since hydrogen sulfide can be toxic, personally I'd be too nervous to add more to my diet.
We are very hesitant to promote specific dietary changes, since some things once thought to be helpful or at least harmless had unintended consequences. (like extra vitamin C & E).
