Which symptoms of preeclampsia can be mistaken with side effects of a c-section and a epidural? Such as back cramps that produces a headache, shakiness, out of breath when not in pain or exerting energy, elevating heart rate and if it just a normal headache or BP headache.

The pain, headaches, difficulty breathing, and generally feeling terrible can be symptoms of preeclampsia. Did you just deliver? How are you feeling now? Have you called your doctor yet? I would want to be seen for a blood pressure check and some blood work to find out.
I hope you are feeling better.
