idea: Babycenter.com pregnancy bulletin?

Hope it's okay to post an idea here!

I get the Babycenter.com pregnancy bulletin e-mails. The title of the one for today was "Moms confess: what I wish I'd known about pregnancy." It reminded me of the title of the PF's film, it prompted me to search for references of preeclampsia in the e-mail (there weren't any; it was mostly lighthearted advice), and it gave me the idea of asking here whether the PF might want to consider approaching Babycenter.com to see if they would be willing to send out a pregnancy bulletin e-mail specifically about preeclampsia? (Maybe it's been done in the past -- I've only been receiving the updates for a few months)

The titles of the Babycenter e-mails usually catch my attention, and it seems like a great opportunity for expecting moms to be alerted to the PE warning signs.

Thanks for the message... Baby Center has a preeclampsia forum board that lists PF's official description of preeclampsia and I believe even our website.
However, I'm not familiar with the bulletin emails. I know that many folks visit our site from BC...so your suggestion is important to us.

Yes, we collaborated on their preeclampsia page and I believe have some sort of official working relationship. So this might be easy to set up. :-)

That is great, I didn't realize they have a PE page! I just started getting the e-mail bulletins when I used their due date calculator a couple of months ago. I am glad the e-mail idea might be possible!!

the babycenter.com bulletin emails actually have one at around 25 or 26 weeks that is mostly about PE and has the link to the main babycenter for more information. I think itd be better to come in at about 20 weeks since when i got that email this time I was already in the hospital with PE. they do mention PE earlier in other emails to watch for Headaches and those kinds of things though. Ive been impressed at how much had changed with the emails they send out from my pregnancy 4 years ago.
