katz thats great!!!! im just pretty glad cuz i was overweight before i got pregnant and i need to lose about 40 pounds....imagine what that could do to my bp lol....im gonna exercise and watch my diet....lets just cross our fingers lol

Oh my gosh! My bp was 114/65 when I went in for my weight loss consult today! I really am shocked when it is good. I shouldn't be, but I am. It is so nice to see low normal numbers!

YAY!!!! :) like I said... mine took 4 months. I am still almost surprised every time they take it and it is a good reading... I need to get used to my bp being normal and good again!

well i was worrying about my bp and it seems like it is coming down....have been getting readings in the 120's-30's/70's-80's...im 3 weeks post partum so i guess it really does just take time
