Weight loss buddies Week 5

Jen - let me know if you want to trade off weeks starting this or have some help. I have Tuesdays off most weeks, and it is pretty easy for me to help out.

Starting weight: 162
Current weight: 159.5 -0.5 or 0 this week
Short Term Goal: 150
Goal: 135 lbs
Height: 5'6

Spent the week glued to the couch dealing with shingles and a nasty medication reaction. Today starts a new week, and I kicked it off with a 2.5 mile run. Hoping to stay healthy enough to get out again Thursday and Saturday.

Current weight: ?
Goal weight: 150
Short term goal: 175
Height: 5'7"
Strategy: portion control focusing on more whole and fresh foods vs. processed, continue regular exercise but increase intensity.

I elected to not weight in this week - my weight is all over the place during the few days leading up to and following ovulation, so rather than torture myself, I'll just wait until next week!

Managed to squeeze in 4 workouts despite a busy week, so I feel good about that. This week and coming weekend will be harder since I'll be out of town for the weekend visiting family.

Thanks Teresa! I had jury duty yesterday and no internet access. Today was a I had a playdate at Chucke-E Cheese. I wasn't able to weigh myself today yet. I will check in later tonight.
