Jen - I am keeping my fingers crossed for you to get an answer on this soon. I never have regular cycles unless I am on the pill, and I can't imagine how stressful that would be if it starts happening out of the blue. Congrats on the 1 pound!!! Sometimes, stress does us little favors.

Still working on my fitness. I managed three runs and an easy ride, and I am trying to add one more ride a little more mileage if I don't get too sick this week. DD has a raging fever, so I am not too optimistic about that.
