Is there such a thing as partial HELLP Syndrome? I had the elevated liver enzymes and low platelets but no hemolysis. I've heard from one doctor that HELLP is HELLP is HELLP no matter what symptoms present themself. I know it was mild compared to others and it did come on post partum. Is all this in my favor for a better second pregancy in any one's opinion?

Hello,
There is such a thing as partial HELLP. You can have any variation of it and it still be just as dangerous and scary.
