Hi there -
Saw your post - I'm in Charleston, and like you I had pre-e in my first pregnancy and am now pregnant with my second child.

I'm 24 weeks, and it's looking like I may be heading in the pre-e direction again. BP has been fine (but slowly inching up from my normal baseline, which is very low), and I've been spilling 2+ protein for several weeks, with my most recent 24 hour urine borderline high (just under 300.)

I'm terrified, since I wasn't diagnosed last time until 38 weeks, so no concerns about prematurity, etc.

Anyway, you may have already had your baby, and if so, congratulations, and I hope your pre-e was well managed by you medical team.

If you're still waiting, and would like some moral support, or just wish to commiserate with someone who has been there, let me know!

You might try emailing some of the posters above. You can do so by clicking on their "usernames" and then clicking on the "click here to send an email". People don't check the state boards all that often, but they probabloy check email's more frequently!!

Hope you can make contact with someone. We'd love to have a W.Va chapter going. Perhaps even am Awareness Walk there. Let me know if you are interested!
