Pregnant again after Hellp

I just found out that I am five weeks pregnant, and in june of this year I lost a son due to hellp syndrome. I am so so scare as to whether this trouble thing will happen to me again. I have prayed everyday and every night that I don't experience Hellp again. Do any one have any suggestions or have experienced hellp with a second pregnancy, if so please hellp me
