Just looking for a little positive reinforcement here. I haven't been walking on my treadmill like I should because I am so tired after work I can barely keep my head up, but I know I need to exercise more to try to lower my bp, sooooo I've been trying to take the stairs more at work and today I went up twice - my desk is on the third floor! It's halfway decent today (20 degrees and mostly sunny) so I think I'll take the dog for a walk tonight. Thanks!
