This means that there's some population for whom exercise is helpful, but we don't know for certain *which* population that is. It doesn't help everyone, or we wouldn't have people on the site who were Basic Training instructors for the Army, quasi-professional ballerinas, and every-weekend 100-mile bike racers who still got it!
