I LOVE it!!! I still call both of my parents when we have a weigh in at the doctor's office! (I'm embarrassed to admit that I even do this with my 36 weeker, who wasn't even small!!!! Somehow old habits are hard to break.

The title of this should have been "This is what Kelly does". It made me smile. Thanks for sharing.

That was funny! Especially the one about trying to find newborn diapers in bulk!

Wow! What great comic relief!!! Especially about the hands (no matter how much lotion, they're cracked still - nearly 11 mo. later) and the Purrell!!!!!

Thanks Julie!

What a great post! It brings back so many memories of the NICU and it is all true. Just today as is every time I'm out with my son people ask how old is he? He's small for 6 month's they say which leads into the story of how he was a preemie. To me he's big. I keep saying what happen to my little boy he's growing up so fast. I look at his preemie clothe's and see how small they are when they where too big at one time. It's nice to have a forum for parent's with preemie's

So many of those items on the list ring true! I still look at Isabella's preemie clothes and can't believe she was that small (actually smaller since even those clothes were huge on her!). Brings back a lot of memories - thanks Julie!

I cried while reading this. It is all so true. My hubby and I find ourselves everyday mentioning how Anthony used to be so small. And now people tell me he is big for his age. I just thank God. I really loved the list.

I think we all can relate to most of those on the list!! VERY FUNNY! Since Jace was full term and actually is the normal size of a baby it is kind of funny to hear people say " oh my gosh he is getting so big". I never had to worry about that with my other two~especially Grant.[;)]
