| My name is Kristin, on August 13th, 2005 I delivered our little girl at 24 wks. 5 days gestation due to preeclampsia. The doctors said that it was the only cure for the disease & that it was either me or her. What a choice to have to make huh? All at once my dreams were shattered, and my excitement of becoming a new mom was turned to disappointment. Most of you reading this story know what preeclampsia does to you so I want go into all of it. The truly odd thing is that up until my 23rd week everything was great, just your typical pregnancy. My feet and ankles started to swell at about 20-22 weeks but, I thought it was normal, then at my next checkup my blood pressure was sky high and thats when it all started and didn't miss a beat. it went so fast......On August 13,2005 at 1:57am Trinity Faith was born into this world and at that very moment received her angel wings. She weighed 1 pound 2 ounces, and 11 inches long. She was beautiful in every way. We spent 3 days together in the hospital and went home as a family ( Trinity went with us ) We then spent 3 more days together at home. Then on August 17,2005 at 3pm we had to say our goodbyes at Trinity's funeral. We miss her unbelievably and can't wait to see her again one sweet day.
