Hi. My name is Heather. This story is about my daughter Chloe Leann..... My husband and I found out we were pregnant in October and were excited and scared this pregnancy was not planned but we were happy. In November I had my first appointment and found out I was 8 weeks and everything was good. 12 weeks we had our first ultrasound everything looked good. I was extremely sick for the first 5 months of my pregnancy. I had morning sickness which was really every two hours sickness and had severe migraines so the doctor gave me some meds for the headaches. My doctor never seemed worried. So around 15 weeks I started swelling more than I should have and told my doctor she told me not to worry about it.
At 21 weeks we found out we were having a girl and they sent us to a specialist because she was measuring small. The specialist told me that Chloe was 2 weeks behind and that I had blood clots in my placenta. He also said that the placenta was taking most of the nutrients and we would have to watch very closely. At 25 weeks I started getting really bad upper abdominal pains that shot up my back. I called my nurse and she told me it was probably just heartburn but the pain was very weird feeling like a swirling in my stomach. At 27 weeks I noticed one day that Chloe was not moving and went to see my doctor. She hooked me up to the ultrasound machine and she was gone. My doctor at that point told me I had to deliver that night. She gave me some meds to induce me and told me to come back that night. I went in at midnight and at that point my blood pressure had sky rocketed and I was in and out of consciousness because it was so high. I do remember I had made it to 27 weeks but my Chloe hadn't.
I had her at 11:15 the next night and had to deliver vaginally. I only remember holding her and I couldn't cry anymore. My heart hurt so bad but I was out of tears. The next morning my husband told me that I almost died. My blood pressure got so high and if they had not delivered when they did I wouldn't be here. I just don't understand how things get so bad so fast and no one caught my symptoms in time. They just blew me off when I called to tell them something is not right this is happening. Chloe Leann Hill was born March 18, 2008 at 11:15 and I miss and think about her everyday.

I delivered at 22 weeks 5 days. I had all the symptoms also and was ignored.  I had "gall bladder attack".  She was alive at the emergency room that told me that and 2 days later she was gone.  Her name was Madyson Alaina Morales.  She was 1lb., 1oz., and 10 inches long.  She was born 7-7-10 at 6:59am.  I love her and miss her tremendously!!  My email is babygirl061871@yahoo.com for anyone interested in talking.
