My name is Melisa. I am 22 years old and live in Arizona. I recently had my daughter Jayden Lynn who was born on May 13, 2009. I've had a history of high blood pressure since I was 18 years old, but nobody could get it under control with any medications. I developed severe preeclampsia when I was 20 weeks pregnant with Jayden and was admitted to the Hospital. The doctors kept trying so hard to push me into having her, but I would tell them no. I ended up having her May 13, 2009 which was at 23wks 4days. She wasn't due until September 5, 2009. I chose to have a c-section because I knew she wouldn't survive a vaginal birth with all the stress that would be caused to her. My doctor put the epidural in the wrong spot so I literally felt the entire c-section. Well Jayden lived for 2 days. She passed away on may 15, 2009 due to bleeding in her lungs that the doctors could not get to stop or clot. So she pretty much suffocated and drowned in her blood. Jayden was my husband and I's first baby and her 1 year anniversary since she passed away is coming up here soon. We miss her so very, very, very much. My husband and I have recently decided to try again for another baby although I have had many problems since having Jayden. I have not stopped bleeding since I had her. I've had a period NON-STOP for almost a year and my gynecologist told me they don't care and wont do anything about it until its been a year. I personally, along with my friends and family, DO NOT think this is normal and something has to be wrong. My breasts also have not stopped leaking and I only pumped for the 2 days that Jayden was alive. I also do not think that is normal. My husband and I are so scared to try again for another baby because we don't want to go through all that again but it is our dream to have a family. If anyone has advice please feel free to share it. I'm open to anything to be able to make my family possible. |

I hadn’t been feeling well for a few days. I decided I would go in to work super early and give directions to the staff and then go home and go to the doctor. I got home and lay on the couch un...
