I had my stillborn at August 29,2006 at 7:44 in the morning. I didnt know I had preeclampsia. I told my doctor everything I was feeling, blurry vision, nauseous, dizzy, I also had early contractions. They didnt do a thing, they just told me that everything was ok, but i knew otherwise.i also had bad headaches, swollen hands, feet, and face. My blood pressure was always a little high but the doctors never did a thing. One night I didnt feel my baby move at all, then around 3am i started to bleed and my boyfriend call 911. When we got there they hooked me up to the fetal monitor, but they didnt hear the heartbeat. Then they hooked me up to the ultrasound and told me that the baby was gone. There was no amniotic fluid around the baby. I also had high blood pressure. After a few hours they had me on magnesium sulfate to prevent seizures. I give birth to my baby boy. For 2 months i had everyone telling me your only !8 years old you'll have another. If only they knew how much i was in pain and still in pain to have your first baby dead in your arms. I will never be the same again because my doctors didnt want to tell me what was going on with me and my baby. |
