| My story happened almost 4 years ago, but seems like it just happened. I was 30 weeks along when my blood pres. got very high, and I had a high sudden weight gain, I went to the hospital because I was feeling dizzy and seeing white spots, thats when they took a pee sample adn told me to go home and they would call me, when I got home, there was a message on my machine that I was to go to the hospital ASAP and be checked in, I had a lot of protein in my pee. I was in the hospital for one 6 days when I called the doc. in and said that I have not felt the baby for the past 30 minutes, they check and could not find a heart beat, then they dida ultasound and told me that she had died, they started meds. and I had her the next day, the second after she was out I got very sick, my kidneys and liver stop working and my blood count was down. I had 5 bags of blood and got plasma treatments everyday for a month, I was in ICU for 2 weeks and the day befor I was to go home all of my hair fell out because of some of the meds. I found this web site because my husband has been talking about having another baby, Iam scared to death, I have lately been able to talk about what happen to me, my daughter's ashes have been in my home for almost 4 years, just lately I have gotten a plot for her and she will be lay to rest this week, I know I need to move on but the thought of going thur a pregancy and something like this happening again scares me very much. |
