Iwould like to share my story.It all started 5 years ago when I found out I was pregnant with my second child.(In my first pregnancy I had miscarried at 3 months).I went for my first visit hoping everything was ok when I was about 8 weeks pregnant.As soon as the visit was over the doctor told me I had to stay in hospital for some more tests as he noticed my blood pressure was high.This is were the trauma began.I stayed there a couple of days for the results and the doctors said it was pre eclampsia.I was give Trandate and went back and forth to hospital all through my pregnancy.At the end of my 32nd week gestation I had severe eodema protaine in urine and my blood pressure was high to the skies.I had to be induced and fortunatley I gave birth to a lovley little girl which we named Amy.She is the joy of our life and she is growing up into a healthy girl.I thank God I made it through even though it wasn't a piece of cake.I thank my husband and all my family which were of great support for me all the way through.The only thing is that I'm not ready to go all through another pregnancy again as I still have shivers thinking of my pregnancy.
