The submission of proposals for Grant Applications should follow the general format of an NIH application but should be limited to 10 pages. Grant applications will be evaluated on:
  • the originality of idea,
  • the potential for impact on maternal and child health,
  • the feasibility of the proposal, and
  • collaborative support.

Matching Departmental support for young investigators will be viewed favorably.
