Meeting Overview:

• Wednesday November 14th “Preeclampsia Research Symposium: Heterogeneity & Progress Towards Personalized Biomarkers of Disease” is an all day event with a cast of fabulous national and international speakers including Drs. Asif Ahmed and Dr. Ananth Karumanchi and others.
• Thursday November 15th and Friday the 16th, we’ll turn the stage over to our trainees for oral and poster presentations at the "Eastern Canadian Perinatal Investigators Meeting".  This year the program will also feature three short talks by local investigators researching important questions in fetal, placental, maternal, and neonatal medicine using a variety of basic and clinical approaches.  We look forward to a great mix of clinical and basic research, covering all aspects of “perinatal”.  We encourage all clinical and basic science trainees to submit abstracts before the October 9th deadline.
