Calling for Volunteer of the Year Nominations

Last Updated on Thursday, August 07, 2014

volunteers2014Do you know an active Preeclampsia Foundation volunteer who epitomizes the true spirit of volunteerism? Have you interacted with an individual this year who you believe should be recognized for the work that they do? Then nominate them for national recognition by the Preeclampsia Foundation!

This year, we are honored to add two ADDITIONAL award categories to our volunteer recognition besides the Hope Award for Volunteer of the Year: "Promise Walk Coordinator of the Year" Award and the Preeclampsia Foundation "Spirit of Giving" Award. The addition of these two awards reflects the ever-changing impact of our volunteers and the need to recognize many different types of service.

If you would like to nominate a candidate for any of the three categories, please take a few minutes to complete this form: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/VOYnom2014. You can nominate more than one volunteer - simply complete a separate questionnaire for EACH individual you wish to nominate.

Deadline for submission is Wednesday, August 13, 2014, so don't delay!
