<t>What is your expected due date. My date was also in November, but I had to deliver 4 1/2 weeks early b/c ny blood presures just kept rising. The Ob said that the benefit of early delivery outweighed the risk of me having a potential seizure. If you are 35 weeks, then you are pretty much "out of t...

Re : PE now high BP?!?!? How do I know?
The new guidelines released by the American Heart Association classify Bp < 120/80 as normal. Anything between 120/80 and 140/90 is pre-hypertensive and > 140/90 is hypertension.

<t>The doctor is asking me to continue Aldomet 250mg bid for now. I could go up to 500mg bid in a few days if needed he said. I just don't like the way the Aldomet makes me feel. Delivery of the child will be ultimate solution to the high bps and they will not deliver now if the 24 urine protein com...

Re : New patient
<t>It is such a relief to be able to share my situation with this forum. To answer both of your questions: I am monitoing the blood pressures at home- I have been taking aldomet 250mg bid for 48 hrs and my bps today are 150/105 after laying in bed for 3 hours straight, there seems to be no differenc...
