Re: Update

Welcome to the world! I am so sorry you had to enter the world so early. I delivered my son at 25 weeks 2 days. He lived 6 days, but taught me so much. Some advice from what I have learned. If you do not live near the hospital, look into possible Ronald McDonald houses. If you are pumping, ask to do...

I am so glad your sister and baby are doing good. It's good that they kept her in the hospital.

Re: Long-term health issues after PE?

I had the same feeling! The first year after I had pre-e I went to the ER 2x for chest pains and shortness of breath. I was seen by a cardiologist and a pulmonologist. At the ER I was diagnosed with pleurisy, but my other doctors didn't find anything. It's been 3 years and am still looking for a rea...

Re: Survivors in North OC/LA/Inland Empire?

Re: It has been a year

Sam, I am so sorry for your loss. The first year was the hardest for me. I did exactly what you did for his birthday. I threw a little party with friends and family. It made the day easier knowing how many people loved Anthony. I;m sure Henrey was looking down at you and trying to blow out the candl...

Re : Law & Order SVU episode

I saw it part of it. I thought it was interesting. What I didn't like about it was how the doctor said that the baby wasn't worth taking care of. Having lost my son after being born at 25 weeks, this hit me pretty hard. I actually got a little mad.
