Re : Terbutaline/Breathine

In my area of Florida, if you have PTL and are 34 weeks or beyond, they will have you deliver. My OB was called at 6:30pm, and I had the c-section 2.5 hours later. I had a c-section with my first pregnancy.

Re : Terbutaline/Breathine

<t>I have not heard of any link to Autism or other issues. I was given Terbutaline 5 times on three different occasions. All the research I found at that time explained how the drug was used for breathing emergencies.<br/> <br/> On the note of PTL, I am currently taking weekly P17 shots, I had an "i...

Milestone day!!!

<t>I am 28 weeks pregnant today. I was 28 weeks when I had an emergency c-section with Kaitlyn. So far the baby and I are doing FANTASTIC this pregnancy. BP today, 114/62--no meds :) So far I am PE-free, PTL-free, and Pupps-free. Apparently I have "issues" with things that start with "P" <br/> My sc...

Re : question about feeding chairs

We put down a disposable mat when we eat out, and off the table or a paper plate at home. Tommy is starting to use silverware now so we are also transitioning to plates and bowls.

Re : question about feeding chairs

Jana,
I have the Chicco clip on that I use when we go out to eat. It has come in handy around the house, esp when we have playdates. The seat clamps on to our dining room table, and also our counter. Also, it's very easy to clean.

Re : Sitting up tubs!

<t>Hallie,<br/> When Tommy started sitting up well, I put him in the blow up duck tub, and placed it in the bathtub. I bought it at Target and it's made by Munchkin. Because it's blown up, the sides are soft in case he tipped over ect. It transitioned us well to the tub. I did try the seat with the ...

Re : Anyone ever have an IV iron infusion??

Stacey,
I wish I saw your post earlier. I am glad you survived the infusion. I also had gastric bypass, and had the infusion of Infed after I had my first c-section. I have not needed it again since my first pregnancy. Best of luck with everything.

Re : Anemic

<t>I had anemia issues with my first pregnancy. I would take two iron supplements daily. After my emergency c/s I had an Infed infusion that is usually given to chemo patients instead of a blood transfusion. I think I was probably an extreme case though. Good luck and I hope your counts come up.</t>
