18 week ultrasound

I had my 18 week anatomy ultrasound last week with my MFM and everything looked great with baby! Baby was in the 60th% and is measuring 5 days ahead...I can't really believe it but I think that will just give us a little more wiggle room for when my BP goes up and baby starts dropping percentiles wh...

Re: 22 week ultrasound/ 30th percentile

My MFM doesn't worry until babies get 10th percentile or lower and 30th percentile is still normal. Some babies are just smaller and that is completely normal and healthy. I know it is hard not to worry, and I am giving the advice but I can't really take my own advice :) As long as the little one st...

Re: 3rd time's a charm?

Congrats :) I am also on #3 and had severe early onset PE with #1 and only rising BP and delivery at 36 weeks with #2. My MFM told me that because I had BP issues in both of my pregnancies my chances of having BP issues this time are very high and I can pretty much assume it will happen. We are hopi...

Re: Here we go.....

Congratulations!! I also cannot believe that we decided to go through all of this for a 3rd time but my doctor gave me pretty good odds of avoiding PE but said I will most likely have BP issues later on at some point. So far so good, although I am about to hit the 20 week mark when things started go...

Re: 2nd Trimester Dip

I don't really know why it happens but I do know that I never got the dip with my son and I had severe PE with him and high BP starting around 21 weeks and delivered at 28w6d. With my daughter I got the dip and was PE free with BP issues only at the end and I made it to 36 weeks. I am keeping my fin...

Re: Milestones?

I am only 15 weeks so I haven't really hit any of my milestones yet but 20 weeks is a big milestone for me. With DS he was already measuring about a week small at my 20 week ultrasound and my BP went crazy high about a week later. I am already getting nervous that I am only 5 weeks from when everyth...

Re: Heart Palpitations

I was actually at my endocrinologist a few weeks ago and my thyroid levels were in normal range. I mentioned my palpitations to my endo just in case but he said my thyroid is fine so that shouldn't be causing them. I am seeing him every 6 weeks so I will have my levels checked again in a few weeks. ...

Heart Palpitations

Has anyone else experienced these while pregnant? I didn't get any with #1, had some with #2 and now this time I have been having them pretty much since 5 weeks and and I have them almost every day, anytime I am sitting or lying. With #2 my OB sent me to a cardiologist to have them checked out and t...
